Chef Sean Temple Is Joining The Accanto Team

 

Meet Our New Chef

We're thrilled that Chef Sean Temple is joining the Accanto family as our Executive Chef. For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of eating Sean's food at Paley's Place, Alu, or Paulée, now is the perfect time to stop by and give our new menu a try. Accanto is still serving the Italian-meets-Pacific Northwest comfort food that you love, but Sean is making the best you'll ever have. He's introducing a whole animal butchery program and is continuing to work with local farms throughout Oregon for the best produce he can find.

Come try the Bee's Kiss (Cazadores Reposado Tequila, Benedictine, St. Germain, honey and lemon, up) with our antipasti or enjoy our Cacio e Pepe for a leisurely workday lunch. Whatever you decide, we'll be here to help pair your meal with delicious beverages from our bar program or our wine and beer list.
